Sunday (7-30-16) Karen and I attended our first Cricket Match at the only International Cricket Council approved stadium in North America located in Lauderhill, Florida. This was the playoffs, Baby! It was a huge deal to cricket fans with a doubleheader on the bill....

The SoCo District on South Congress Ave. in Austin, Texas is cool even in July. Trendy shops, angled parking spaces you have to back into along the street, good food and an original musician that helped make walking a hot sidewalk bearable. I found these quotes online...

We had a to-do list for our Austin visit July 22-26. Eating some authentic Texas barbecue came up at 11:00 AM Sunday morning and the search was on. Stiles Switch BBQ at 6610 N. Lamar fit the bill and they opened early.
